DigiTech Innovations offers a 7-day per week service availability. Normal hours of operation are from 7am to 10pm (CST). You may call (262)-652-5002 anytime of the day, please leave a message if a technician is unable to answer. Your call will be returned within a couple of hours under usual circumstances. You may also send an E-mail to service@digitechinnovations.com , expect a reply within a couple of hours.

In most instances we can fix or replace parts/software within a day or two. You will receive prompt and personal attention whether your problem is warrantied or not.

 

If you feel you need better service than our standard SLA can offer, please inquire about an enhanced SLA which for a monthly premium (varies depending on the needs of the customer) can guarantee you quicker response times and easier availability to our technicians.

The standard service level agreement detailed here is valid only during your warranty period. The agreement can be extended when it expires, please inquire about extending your agreement a month before expiration. Service times not covered under the standard service level agreement range from 2-4 days.
